Living Healthy With Diabetes

Hello, my name is Ricardo Agular-Lara. I am new to blogging and would like to give blogging a shot. I became interested in blogging because of the exchange of ideas, culture, and viewpoints that many people have.

One particular topic I have in mind is healthy living and doing it with t2 diabetes. I wanted to blog about these two ideas because I am type 2 diabetic. I have been living with diabetes for about four years now. I’ll admit I wasn’t always making healthy choices or habits before and after my diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. As a result I incurred my diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and after that I started feeling the effects of uncontrolled diabetes and the consequences of my unhealthy food choices and habits. I got kidney damage and tooth loss, and experienced nerve pain through out my body. That was an eye opener for me. I became very depressed and disheartened that this disease was consuming my life and my body, I started researching and looking for ways to get things to a more manageable state.

I started going online with a determination to “cure” my t2 diabetes. I didn’t have much luck finding a practical and legitimate solution. I then looked up information on the causes and effects of t2 diabetes. That helped me understand more about it like it’s not just relegated to bad food choices and habits alone. Genetics and some environmental factors also play a role in this disease. I still wasn’t any closer to helping out my situation. I looked up trendy diets and exercises. and tried some of them and mixed a few techniques from one program to another. I got mixed results and soon became frustrated and not to mention all the money spent. I explained this to my doctor and she recommended that I meet with a nutritionist. I was skeptical at first but I gave in to the idea. I figured I already gave my time and money away to these online trends, I should meet a professional and see what they have to say. Speaking of such, I came across this site and they had a lot to say about controlling t2 and it just reminded me of my nutritionist because they had a lot of similarities. Both have a cost effective approach and have professionals experienced in this kind of thing. https://hop.clickbank.net/?affiliate=ricdo001&vendor=bloodsug click the link to find out more. Ok, back to the whole nutritionist meeting event. We met and we discussed all my attempts to get things under control. She was impressed with my determination and openness to try a few things. We then met on a monthly basis to explore new things for me to try. Portioned food, mild exercises, and time frames of eating were all discussed. We finally came up with a program that works for me. After all no two t2 diabetics are alike, what works for me may not work at all for another person. I hope this was a little bit insightful and helpful to you readers.
